"Support" tab:
All product specific support information is contained under the "Support" tab
in the main navigation bar. When you click or hover over the "Support" tab,
you see the next level of navigation tabs (see below).
The second level of navigation tabs under the "Support" tab contain the following
information:
"System Product" tab:
All the support information for our systems and applications solutions can be
found under System Products in the second row of tabs. Clicking the System
Products tab shows all the families of products on the left side of the window.
Under the product family (see by clicking on a product family) are links to
products within THIS product family. By clicking one of the products in this
product family, you will see links for notification, product documentation and
software downloads for that particular product. This is shown pictorially
below and in the Figure below.

"Notifications", "Product Documentation" and "Software Downloads" tabs:
You can also navigate to notifications, product documentation and software
downloads, directly by clicking on the appropriate tab in the second row of
tabs. This brings up links to the various product families and products under
them. The link then redirects to the information contained under the System
Products hierarchy shown above.
"Knowledge Base" tab:
The "Knowledge Base" tab (in the second row of tabs) is where you find the
Solution Database that contains problem resolutions for many product issues
that have been previously identified.
"Service Parts" tab:
Under "Service Parts" tab, you can search for and order parts, view Service
Parts Bulletins, announcement letters describing available retrofits, and
installation instructions for kits and enhancements.
“Newsletter” tab:
This tab provides access to the Guardian Benefits newsletter, System Hints,
and similar newsletters.
"Security and Other Updates" tab:
This tab provides links to Microsoft security updates and to BIOS updates
from Dell.
