Product Documents (such as Product Manuals, Software Change Notices, Software Installation & Update Guide, Customer Release Guide, etc.)

To find a product document (such as Product Manuals, Software Change Notices, Installation & Upgrade Manuals, etc. - see What are the three main types of documents available in support?), you may follow one of the following paths:

1. Navigate via System Products:

·      Click Support

·      Click System Products

·      Choose (click) Product Family

Note: At this level for certain product families (e.g. Experion or TPS) you find a set of Book Set Collections (e.g. Experion R210 or GUS340) with links on the right hand side that lead to documents directly - see Book Sets & Download Links

·      Choose (click) Product

At this level, a group of the latest (last 6) Notifications, Product Documents and Software Downloads are displayed. Each group has a link labeled "more" to get the full list of all the documents in any particular group - See Product Page with Latest Documents

·      Click Product Documentation

·      Filter, sort as necessary (see: How to use filters and How to Sort)

For example, you can use the filter on Document Category to choose the type of document you are interested in, e.g. Product Manual, Software Change Notice, Installation & Upgrade, etc. Manual, etc.

·      Page through to find the document

·      Click the document title to view the document

2. Navigate via Product Documentation:

·      Click Support

·      Click Product Documentation

·      Choose (click) Product Family

Note: At this level for certain product families (e.g. Experion) you find a set of Book Set Collections (e.g. Experion R210) with links on the right hand side that lead to documents directly

·      Choose (click) Product

Note: This brings you to the same point as the path used above under 1.

·      Filter, sort as necessary (see: How to use filters and How to Sort)

As above, you can use the filter on Document Category to choose the type of document you are interested in, e.g. Product Manual, Software Change Notice, Installation & Upgrade, etc.

·      Page through to find the document

·      Click the document title to view the document

3. Search for the document using Basic or Advanced Search (see: Basic Search and Advanced Search)
